Program Highlights:

Required for many whole-home heat-pump rebate paths in B.C. Confirm current rules with BC Hydro / Better Homes BC.
📉 CMHC Eco Plus
CMHC Eco Plus, Sagen, and Canada Guaranty 25% premium refunds are for newly built homes, not existing-home evaluations alone.
🏦 Sagen & Canada Guaranty Rebates
We produce the energy documentation. The insurer decides whether a refund applies.
🛠️ Local Utility & Municipal Rebates
We also document EnerGuide and Step Code work used by provincial and utility programs, including PIEER assessment support and Alberta CEIP-related documentation.

A post-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation may still be required by a current program. Ask us before you assume a federal loan still applies — that program is closed to new applications.
