About Greener Homes Inc.
Greener Homes Inc. is a British Columbia and Alberta energy-advisory company. We produce the calculations, EnerGuide ratings, and compliance documents that contractors, builders, homeowners, and Indigenous housing projects need for current 2026 programs.
Since 2021, Greener Homes Inc. has completed more than 8,000 residential energy-evaluation jobs for nearly 6,000 clients.

The federal Canada Greener Homes Grant and Loan are closed to new applications. We keep a historical loan page for people who still search for that program. We are not currently booking Ontario field work.
