PIEER energy assessments
Partners in Indigenous Energy Efficiency & Resilience (PIEER) took effect 10 June 2026. It is administered by BC Hydro, FortisBC, and the Province of B.C. The participant is an Indigenous governing body — not Greener Homes, and usually not the individual resident.
Greener Homes can act as the energy advisor / documentation partner for eligible energy assessments, including EnerGuide evaluations. We do not administer PIEER, set incentive amounts, or guarantee funding.
What this page is for
- Nations, housing managers, and project coordinators who need an energy assessment as part of a PIEER file
- Clear separation between the program (administrators) and the evaluation (Greener Homes)

How to start
