BC Energy Step Code Compliance
We conduct licensed EnerGuide evaluations for existing homes to support:
Current provincial and utility retrofit programs (the federal loan is closed to new applications)

New-home mortgage-insurance documentation (CMHC Eco Plus, Sagen, Canada Guaranty)
✅ Energy upgrade planning (windows, heat pumps, insulation, etc.)

For New Homes – Alberta
ENERGY STAR for New Homes remains an NRCan program. Ask us about current Alberta availability. We are not currently booking Ontario field work. Typical builder support includes:
